THEATRE | COMMUNITY
Our parent community is such an important and integral part of the success of the LACHSA Theatre Department.
Parents can volunteer in many different ways; from serving theatre meals, creating flower
grams to steaming costumes!
We are looking for parents to lead our theatre community and coordinate all the important volunteer opportunities.
If you are unable to take on a leadership position, please consider volunteering for a task
when our signups are posted. We always need your help!
THEATRE
PARENT REPS
The Theatre Department gathers a team of dedicated parents, two parents from each grade level (one parent during Covid), to be the pivotal team in planning and executing all our theatre department events. Two of these parents will be the parent team leaders and will work closely with Lois Hunter, the Department Chair.
Our team of parent representatives will also discuss and support the relationship between actors, parents and faculty. The team will meet monthly to discuss ideas and coordinate planning concepts. Parent leadership has a commitment term of two years.
